Addressing - Ink Jet
Addresses
are imported from a database and printed directly on the mail-piece with high
speed and high quality. This process works best on low gloss and matte finished
paper. Varnishes and plastic coatings on paper are not conducive for this
procedure. With several different fonts to choose from, fixed messages,
return addresses and permits can easily be printed via ink-jet directly on your
mail-piece. The maximum height of pc that can run through our Ink Jet
machine is 12 inches.
Labeling
Peel
and stick labels (including Avery) are applied by hand. These labels
are recommended for jobs that cannot be ink jetted.
Cheshire labels (4-Up, 44 on a page) are applied by machine. This is
recommended for pieces that cannot be ink jetted, for jobs that have a quantity
over 2,000, or where ink jet quality is not desired.
Folding
We
can do letter, z-fold and right angle folding. Single sheets can be folded by
machine. Sizes that can be folded by machine are 8½" x 11", 8½" x 14" and 11" x
17". Multiple pages, pre-collated sets, stapled sets and other special paper
may require hand folding. Please call regarding non-standard size pieces.

Inserting
We
can machine insert up to six pieces in a #10 or 6" x 9" envelopes. Tri-folded
pieces must be letter folded in order to be machine inserted. Invitation style
envelopes, 9" x 12", deep “V” flapped envelopes and most special made envelopes
will be hand inserted.
Laser Printing
Cut
sheet laser printing, 8½" x 11" to 11" x 17" – one side only, black ink. We can
perform a mail-merge from your database and a word processor document, and can
scan your signature for a more personalized look. We can print the entire
letter, including variable data, or just drop in name, address or other
information onto a pre-printed letter.

Database – Standardizes addresses, assigns zip plus 4, delivery point and
carrier routes using Postal Soft (a USPS approved CASS/PAVE software).
